ER(ZZ,ZZ,ZZ) -- Erdos-Renyi type distribution on monomials over (n,D,M)

Function: ER
Usage:

ER(ZZ,ZZ,ZZ)
Inputs:
- n, an integer, number of variables
- D, an integer, maximum degree
- M, an integer, number of monomials in the set
Outputs:
- an instance of the type Model, Erdos-Renyi type model

Description

Creates an ER-type model for sampling a set of $M$ monomials in $n$ variables of degree at most $D$.

i1 : n=3; D=4; M=5;

i4 : myModel = ER(n,D,M)

o4 = Model{Generate => FunctionClosure[../RandomMonomialIdeals.m2:149:20-149:48]}
           Name => Erdos-Renyi
           Parameters => (3, 4, 5)
