Usage:

Inputs:
- f, an instance of the type NCRingElement,
- M, an instance of the type NCMatrix,
Outputs:
- L, an instance of the type NCMatrix,

Description

This command allows for the scalar multiplication of an NCMatrix by an NCRingElement on the left.
