reduceSpace -- reduce the generators of a space

• Usage:

  S = reduceSpace T

• Inputs:
  • T, an instance of the type DualSpace, or an instance of the type PolySpace
• Optional inputs:
  • Monomials => ..., default value null
  • Tolerance => ..., default value .000001, the tolerance of a numerical computation
• Outputs:
  • S, an instance of the type DualSpace, or an instance of the type PolySpace
