isCentral(Arrangement) -- test to see if a hyperplane arrangement is central

Function: isCentral
Usage:

isCentral A
Inputs:
- A, a hyperplane arrangement,
Outputs:
- a Boolean value, true if A is central

Description

Some methods only apply to arrangements a central hyperplane arrangement, so it is useful to be able to check.

i1 : S = QQ[x,y];

i2 : isCentral arrangement {x,y,x-1}

o2 = false
