defaultSVGOpening(ZZ,ZZ) -- default SVG opening for a picture of a given size

Function: defaultSVGOpening
Usage:

defaultSVGOpening(w,h)
Inputs:
- w, an integer,
- h, an integer,
Outputs:
- a string,

Description

It returns a string containing the default SVG opening of the form <svg etc. used to create an SVG picture.

Ways to use this method:

defaultSVGOpening(ZZ,ZZ) -- default SVG opening for a picture of a given size
