hammingCode -- generates a Hamming code

Usage:

hammingCode(q,s)
Inputs:
- q, an integer,
- s, an integer,
Outputs:
- an instance of the type LinearCode, $C$

Description

Returns the Hamming code $C$ over GF(q) whose dual has dimension s.

i1 : C1 = hammingCode(2,3);

i2 : C1.ParityCheckMatrix

o2 = | 1 1 1 1 0 0 0 |
     | 0 0 1 1 1 1 0 |
     | 0 1 0 1 0 1 1 |

                  3           7
o2 : Matrix (GF 2)  <-- (GF 2)
